Maxwell is on fire. Need some magic here. Missing Narine.

How come Narine isn't playing?

^ Narine had a match to forget in Bangalore the other day - not as bad as Umesh Yadav though. But there are only 4 spots for internationals. They should have stuck with him though, especially on a track like this one.

Phew. We won. That was close. Great bowling from Russell. He's become a vital player for us.
Well placed to reach the playoffs with 6 wins from 9 games. Just 2 more wins from the next 5 should secure a top 4 finish.

karan With 3 more games on the trot at home, KKR should look to top the table. DD have been a revelation this year, but KKR looks a well-oiled machine and seem to have all bases covered. In some ways, today's win was exceptional and their best this season, given that they successfully defended a total - a sub-par total I might add. But they will need a fit and firing Narine to win it. The best team in the IPL, without a question. I wish someone would write a Moneyball-like movie about how KKR turned things around. It is a great story.

Top two should definitely be the aim.
We're pulling out wins but I don't think we're firing on all cylinders like we were in 2014.

I hate the fact that SRK always seems alone lately. I know he's a tiger but still hope he is fine within. Hard luck for the team for the next match.

Great win. Thank god the game wasn't washed out. Yusuf has been really good for us this season, especially the last few games.

Shoddy bowling performance from KKR. Despite the class of Kohli and ABD, I still think this is terrible bowling from KKR. Someone has to figure out a way to counter the dew. Far too many teams are having to make in excess of 200 when they bat first, solely to counter the dew factor later on.

KKR have totally waned off since mid season. The week-long break in the middle didn't help. Andre Russell was a big big loss. The way they are playing, though, doesn't suggest a team good enough to make the playoffs. Very disappointing.

We should be controlling injuries. Our players should get injured only at the exact date and time that the team psychic says is auspicious for the team.

I hope KKR come back to winning ways as well. And if that means some people start to actually make sense by calling it as they see it instead of rambling for the heck of it, all the better.

I agree with dnkdreamz, currently KKR are in a very good position. Being just one win behind the table topper is definitely not disappointing or bad. Of course that is no guarantee of them making it, and if they lose the next one and fail to make playoffs, I will understand disappointment but at the moment, they are doing absolutely fine. I think most teams are doing well, it's been a competitive season and from now it's going to be more about who can hold their nerve and also about who has the most luck (in t20 that can often be a factor). Personally even if KKR don't make it, I'm not going to say they did badly even if I will be disappointed.
