This match will be very interesting. Punjab haven't lost yet thanks to Maxwell who's been in amazing form, scoring around 90 or more in all three games However that could also be a good thing, as maybe it's about time for him to do badly lol.
I think this is a game where our batting definitely will need to step up as our bowlers could be pressured particularly if Punjab's form with the bat continues.

SRK fans planning to trend #YusufPathanOut on twitter. I would give him and Gambhir one last chance.

Sehwag .. with luck by his side can destroy Narine and Chawla. They need to get him before he goes berserk
Thinking to myself *although I wouldn't mind watching the annihilation*

We should chase this down really. Just need to be positive and play normally

Great bowling display. Since it's not a high total, it could hopefully help Gambhir take some time to settle in and get back into form.
SRK at 126-7 and 126-8 by the way.

Wow. This is done for I think .. we dont have players who can turn it around from such a scenario. Maybe SuryaKumar Yadav

Should have won that. KKR really need to drop Pathan and Gambhir, they're essentially playing with 2 less batters with them in the team. I would even go as far as dropping Kallis for Tendo but that won't happen. And Suryakumar, who is playing with a great strike rate, should be better utilised by batting higher up. amal He made just 1 and was lucky not to get out on a duck again.

I think we need Tendo in there, as well.

Batting fails again. We are far too reliant on Kallis at the top, it seems if he fails, no one else is able to pick it up. I don't think it's a coincidence that the two matches we won are the two he did well in. karan, you really want to get rid of him lol, he's the only one who's done well at opening. TEndo is not an opener as far as i'm aware. The pitch was not easy to bat on, even RCB got all out 70 in the previous match. So the 130ish score was probably more akin to 150-160 on another pitch. However, we still should have given a better performance batting than we did. Could have at least finished the 20 overs. Please drop Pathan, I really don't see the team managemetns fascinaiton with this guy. Picking him in the auction itself was the dumbest move of the century but at least now they need to realise something is wrong. Even a newcomer indian player would do better than Pathan. Gambhir, unfortunately is completely out of form too, though I wouldn't drop him quite yet, simply cause he is the captain and dropping captain always affects mentality of whole team. And also I have some faith in him that he can turn this performance around (I don't share that about Pathan as he's not just failed this year but last 3 years). I think it was wise to play him one down, probably good idea to keep this up for the moment, hopefully Pandey can do a bit better next time. Or get Uthappa to open. Some positives though- Suryakumar Yadav, this guy has been amazing really, I wonder if he can bat a bit up the order. Though it won't be wise to change his natural position so only if he's done it before. Otherwise let him stay where he's doing well. Narine once again did great and Morkel too, it was a real joy seeing him bowl today. In fact should have got a couple more wickets than he did. Piyush Chawla was brilliant as well. Bowling always seems to do very well for us.

How do you guys feel about dropping Morkel for someone who has some batting prowess? Andre Russell? Shakib Al Hasan? Ryan ten Doeschate?
As an aside, is Bisla still on the team?

^ Yeah Bisla is. He needs to come in for Pathan. Gambhir should also be dropped.
Also, there's nothing wrong in trying out different players so I would give playing Tendo/Shakib instead of Morkel or Kallis a go.
