Also watched BB
Very well made film,it has fun moments, emotional moments but above all it has soul..Salman was okey,i feel any above average actor could have done his role, the little girl was the star of the show, amazing performance by her
Not as good as 3 Idiots or even P.K but still a very good one.
7,5/10

The film directed by Kabir Khan minted Rs 9.30 crore and with a slight fall on Tuesday, it raked in Rs 9.10 crore. Generally, the collections of the films drop in its second week, but "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" has shown a strong hold at box offices worldwide. "#BajrangiBhaijaan refuses to slow down. Wk 2: Fri 12.80 cr, Sat 19.25 cr, Sun 24.05 cr, Mon 9.30 cr, Tue 9.10 cr. Total: ₹ 259.12 cr. ATBB," trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted. "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" has now achieved the "all time blockbuster" status in India. The film has already become Salman and Kareena's highest grosser. "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" is also the highest grossing Bollywood movie of 2015, beating "Tanu Weds Manu Returns" record and the first film of this year to cross Rs 200 crore mark. It is also the third highest grossing Bollywood film of all time in India. And now it is eyeing to take the second spot in the all time grosser lists. The 12 days box office collection total of "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" stands at Rs 259.12 crore and if it continues it strong hold at the ticket window, it will become the second highest grosser by its third weekend itself. "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" requires more Rs 25.15 crore in two days to beat "Dhoom 3" and become the second highest grosser. Meanwhile, "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" is leading ahead of "PK" with its second week total. The second week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) total of the highest grosser "PK" is approximately Rs 63.55 crore, while "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" is estimated to be Rs 65 crore, according to Box Office India.

Watched Bajrangi Bhaijaan yesterday .... nothing very special as the Box office number suggests its a very simple story told and directed well with a very planned emotional climax to leave audience engaged and engulfed even after the movie. I am sure if it was done by any other actor apart from Khans it won't have crossed 100 crore barrier.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan Heading For All Time Blockbuster Status
Saturday 08 August 2105 11.00 IST
Box Office India Trade Network
Bajrangi Bhaijaan grossed 1.25 crore nett on its fourt Friday as the competition around it means it is losing pace. Still the film should coume out a good weekend for a fourt week. The collections will 5 crore at a minmum. The total till date for the film is close to 300 crore nett and the finish will be around 310 crore nett.
The film should see some circuits hit all time records this week either in nett collections or distributor share. There will not be any records in Mumbai as the circuit looks at a 85 crore nett finish which is well short of the 100 crore nett plus of PK.In South also the Baahubali wave affected the film from day one.
The figures have to come out on top in the other markets for it to be an All Time Blockbsuter especially North India and its looking to just about get there. If it happens it will mean it is highest nett grosser in half of India. The best business for the film should come out in Delhi / UP even after the entertainment tax was doubled in Delhi city on day four of release though a tax free status in UP from second week cushioned that blow a little.

boxofficeindia.com/Details/art_detail/bajrangibhaijaanfourthweekbusiness#.Vc3Ie96FMr9Bajrangi Bhaijaan Fourth Week Business Friday 14 August 2015 12.30 IST Box Office India Trade Network Bajrangi Bhaijaan grossed 10.25 crore nett in week four which is the third highest fourth week collection ever. The film in four weeks has grossed 309 crore nett and will probably settle at a lifetime total of 313-315 crore nett. The film is the highest nett grosser ever in Delhi / UP, CP Berar, CI, Bihar , Assam and Orissa. The figures in East Punjab, Rajasthan and West Bengal are close to records but it may not have the legs to get another 50-70 lakhs needed in these three circuits. All three circuits do have the highest distributor share ever. The film has grossed more than any other film in history from single screens. The footfalls will cross 3.5 crore which makes it the most watched film since Gadar in 2001 beating PK, 3 Idiots, Dhoom 3 and Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham. Bajrangi Bhaijaan Verdict - ALL TIME BLOCBUSTER (8th since 1996)

I think, BB deserves a high ranking...as for PK...well, it could have been a very good movie (I guess) --- without an Aamir with eyes opened sooooo wide all the time (and it started so well...why, oh why did he do THAT:eek:...I stopped to watch after half an hour but will try to hear the dubbed version because I think the movie is good (and that not bearing Aamirs look is a personal feeling)

Bajrangi Bhaijaan has been winning hearts in China since it’s release on March 2nd this year. Just rewatched this, really one of the rare Salman movies that deserved it's success. Usually he makes mindless action s*** but this movie was genuinely good, honestly enjoyed it more than any SRK or even Aamir movie this decade. SRK needs a movie like this or Dangal that tell touching well done stories with likable characters etc. they still have commerical elements without going too far

I wonder if SRK did Ek ta tiger with Kabir Khan (first offered to him), would he have gotten the role for this movie too? Salman did a surprisingly good job and fitted well but since SRK is a stronger actor I feel like he would have added more depth overall (would have been better than doing crap like Dilwale). But overall the movie is great as it is.

The film and the music have been on my all time favorite Bollywood lists for some time now. I think the role just suited Salman, in hindsight, I don't think any of the other Khans would have been a better fit. May be John Abraham but he has certain, umm, challenges in the acting department.
