Didn't look like it but turned out to be a great match. Last few overs were really intense. Happy West Indies won.
This tournament's been a good one in general.

The tournament has been run very very poorly from all the reports I read. But great to see the Windies win. As a big fan, the last 2 games were a tremendous high. The perfectly calculated chase against India first up and then to follow it up with an equally clinical chase against England - just amazing. The chase against England was just as thoughtful and planned, given that they gave the better bowlers their due. And even though it is recommended not to leave till the last over, they had to do just that because England saved one of their weaker bowlers for the last. And to do it in the pressure of a final shows how well these guys know their game and the T20 format in general. Carlos Brathwaite has already been a bit of a star back in the West Indies, but even those who have seen him before did not see this coming. Just the calm under pressure was amazing. Feel for Stokes, though, but he will be one of the best players of his generation when he hangs up his boots, so he shouldn't be too bothered with this. I said it then and I will say it now - you can put down England's performance to an amazing coach in Trevor Bayliss. HUGE loss for KKR.
