Excellent performance. We are slowly but surely getting to the top of the heap as one of the most consistent sides in the IPL. CSK holds that title, by far, and RR are next. But we are getting there.

One thing that CSK and KKR have been consistent about right from the first season - they share opposite ends of the Fair Play award Honestly, being nice is overrated in sports

I always thought they were pretty nice on the field. but I guess I must have missed the bad moments.

I actually find it strange that KKR have done so badly in that department. I always thought they were pretty nice on the field. but I guess I must have missed the bad moments. It considers a lot of things like completing the overs on time, excessive appealing, show of dissent, 'friendly' chats with the opposition player, stares ( )

^ And the captain misbehaving probably has a little more weight too - no wonder we are so screwed in that race. But hey, you would expect him to behave at least a tad bit better than Kohli.

^ Why oh why - both are Delhi boys. They behave exactly like spoilt Delhi brats do It would be wonderful to see both of them in a sledgefest

To be fare KKR are at number 6 in Fair Play Awards as of today with just 4 matches where as the bottom 2 teams have already played 5 matches. KKR can move up easily, not that I care about this award.

LOL. The most irrelevant one. They are down to 4 on the points table, and could slip further to 5 if SRH wins today

I am watching all matches especially second match of the day. Kkr need to work hard to qualify in playoff since two teams CSK & RR have almost qualify and except king eleven Punjab remaining teams bounce back strongly with past couple of games.

KKR has been a bit unlucky with the rain factor. The team is not customised for a curtailed version, so two of their losses have come in shortened matches. There was also a complete washout. They are not just traveling, they are also short on match practice. This year's chances in the playoffs is going to be tough, though not completely out of reach

A 10-over game is just a lottery. So I cannot read much into the loss to RCB. But they should be consistently beating teams like SRH. They are not doing that. Even today, they are struggling to even put up a decent score against SRH.

I think we should have a general Live match discussion thread instead of single dedicated ones for each game. Would be more interesting On another note, who needs Narine when there is Hogg
