It is known that Tiger Shroff is a big fan of Hrithik Roshan. The newbie actor considers Hrithik as his idol. The fans can rejoice as the Tiger Shroff and his idol Hrithik Roshan are coming together.
On this auspicious occasion of late ace filmmaker Yash Chopra’s birth anniversary, Yash Raj Films has proudly announced Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff coming together for the first time in a thrilling action film. The untitled film will be directed by Siddharth Anand and will begin shooting in April 2018.
Hrithik Roshan is returning to YRF after 11 years post- Dhoom 2 which was a blockbuster. This is Tiger Shroff’s first film with YRF. Siddharth Anand, who began his career with YRF, returns back home to present both these superstars in a slick contemporary action film. The untitled film is scheduled to release on January 25, 2019.
On the film front, Hrithik Roshan is currently prepping for mathematician Anand Kumar biopic, Super 30. Tiger Shroff is currently shooting for Baaghi 2.

The film will star Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff in lead roles and will be directed by Siddharth Anand who had earlier helmed Bang Bang. This face-off film between the leads will hit theaters on 25th January 2019. Now, the makers have announced the leading lady of the film and it’s none other than Vaani Kapoor. Hrithik Roshan will be seen romancing Vaani Kapoor in this action-packed film. Besides learning to solve actual theorems from Anand Kumar, Hrithik Roshan will also be reportedly hiring a voice coach to train him in the Bihari dialect. The heroine opposite Hrithik Roshan is not decided yet. Whereas, Tiger Shroff is all set to take the silver screen by storm as he will star in the sequel of Baaghi 2 opposite Disha Patani and Student Of The Year 2. The films will hit theaters in 2018. Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff's actioner to release on October 2, 2019 IANS | Updated: Feb 3, 2018, 12:46 IST Filmmaker Siddharth Anand's yet untitled project, which will bring actors Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff together onscreen for the first time, will go on the floors in August, and will release on October 2, 2019. The new project will also feature Vaani Kapoor. The film is set to go on the floors this August and shooting will wrap up by the end of February 2019 and will open on Gandhi Jayanti. The release date was announced via a statement by the production house. Hrithik plays Tiger's guru in the film -- which the makers claim will be a 'slick face-off thriller that is expected to be a visual spectacle'. BREAKING: Hrithik Roshan – Tiger Shroff kick off the YRF project with a puja By Bollywood Hungama News Network Aug 17, 2018 - 5:06 pm IST A couple of months ago, we had reported that the much talked about Hrithik Roshan – Tiger Shroff starrer that was being produced by Yash Raj Film would kick off in October. However, earlier today both actors, viz. Hrithik and Tiger were spotted at YRF along with director Siddharth Anand. While many may be wondering what’s brewing, let us tell you that there was in fact a puja held at the suburban studio that had all three of them in attendance. Confirming the same, Siddharth Malhotra who will be directing the Hrithik – Tiger starrer took to Instagram sharing an image posing with his lead actors saying, “Looking ahead. Behind no more! And it begins!! #HrithikvsTiger #dyingtoshoot what say @hrithikroshan @tigerjackieshroff @yrf.” Responding to Siddharth’s post, Tiger Shroff welcomed the director who made his Instagram debut today. Similarly, Hrithik Roshan too commented saying, “And people thought it was a 2 hero film.” As per reports, the said film will feature Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff going toe to toe. The two actors would indulge in some high octane action and combat sequences. Though currently, nothing more of the film is known, Hrithik Roshan who is currently working on the Anand Kumar biopic Super 30, will have to shed the kilos he added on to be back in shape for a standoff with Tiger. As for the film itself, the yet untitled venture will see Siddharth Anand direct Hrithik after their last big screen outing Bang Bang.
