Bharat Overseas And Worldwide Figures Monday 10 June 2019 11.45 IST Box Office India Trade Network Bharat has fair numbers Overseas with collections likely to finish in the $6.75-7 million range over the extended weekend. An event film should really have bigger numbers but a film named Bharat and released on Eid is not exactly going to set the Overseas markets on fire and that has what has happened. The benefit of Eid gets subdued because of the name of the film. The big markets on Eid are Gulf and United Kingdom but they have a heavy Pakistani audience and that audience will stay away (or come in limited numbers) for a film named Bharat no matter who the actor. Gulf and United Kingdom are still comparatively the best markets but lower than what they should be on Eid. All Overseas markets get affected when the Pakistani audience stays away but Gulf and United Kingdom are affected the most. The big four markets have done $5.9 million apprx as can be seen by the apprx figures below. The rest of overseas will in the $750k - $1million range. United Kingdom - £575,000 USA / Canada - $1,850,000 Gulf - $3,000,000 Australia - A$400,000 The worldwide figures over the extended five day weekend are around 218 crore with India giving 170 crore and Overseas adding 48 crore. The Overseas business will probably under perform as against the India business and be a lag on the worldwide total. boxofficeindia.com/report-details.php?articleid=5096

sateesh ..is it blockbuster or all time blockbuster? Bharat Box Office Collection: Salman Khan's film likely to touch Rs 130 cr on Day 4; smashes several records Bharat Box Office Collection Day 4: Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif's Bharat has been unstoppable at the ticket counter; the film is likely to cross Rs 150 crore mark in the extended weekend twitter-logo BusinessToday. In New Delhi Last Updated: June 9, 2019 | 09:52 IST Bharat Box Office Collection: Salman Khan's Bharat has been unstoppable at the box office, earning around Rs 130.5 crore in four days of its release, reveal early estimates. Not only has the film done well on its opening day -- by raking in Rs 42.3 crore -- it has worked consistently well throughout the week, despite one of the biggest sporting events, ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, going on England. After earning around Rs 100 crore in the first three days, the film could go to up to Rs 35 crore on Saturday, reported India Today citing early estimates. After breaking several records in just a few days of release, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Bharat is now their second blockbuster after Tiger Zinda Hai. It is also the biggest opener of Salman Khan to date. Salman Khan has set a new record with Bharat's success -- he is the biggest star in Bollywood with maximum films (14) in the coveted Rs 100-crore club. Of these 14 films, three have crossed Rs 300 crore, while two films earned over Rs 200 crore. Bharat box office collection Day 3: Salman Khan's blockbuster crosses Rs 100-crore mark in just 3 days However, India-Australia match on June 9 (Sunday) could hurt the film's overall business, opine film business experts. "Shayad Sunday ko thoda maar kha sakta hai, magar mujhe phir bhi lagta hai ki given the word-of-mouth and the response to the film, Rs 150 crore se upar jaana chahiye extended weekend mein (The film's Sunday earnings could be hurt, but given the word-of-mouth and the overall response, I still believe it would easily cross Rs 150-crore mark in the extended weekend," film trade analyst Amul Mohan told India Today Television. Bharat's phenomenal success prompted Salman to come out and thank his fans for the overwhelming support. He said this film was his career's biggest opener. Bharat Box Office Collection: Salman Khan's film crosses Rs 70 crore on Day 2 Bharat hit the screens on Eid, June 5. According to movie critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Salman Khan's Bharat has also broken the opening day record of Sultan and Ek Tha Tiger, which earned Rs 36.54 crore and Rs 32.93 crore on Day 1, respectively. Bharat also triumphed over several other Bollywood releases of this year, including Kalank (Rs 21.60 crore), Kesari (21.06 crore), Gully Boy (Rs 19.40 crore) and Total Dhamaal (Rs 16.50 crore), mentioned Taran Adarsh. Bharat was released across 4,700 screens in India and over 1,300 screens overseas. The film has received a mixed response from the critics. Taran Adarsh has given Bharat '4 stars' and has called Salman Khan the lifeline of the movie. Ali Abbas Zafar's directorial is a mix of action, humour, drama and emotions. Apart from Salman Khan, the film features Katrina Kaif as Kumud Raina, Tabu as Meher, Sunil Grover as Vilayti Khan and Disha Patani as Radha. Apart from them, Bharat also features Satish Kaushik, Jackie Shroff, Sonali Kulkarni, Asif Sheikh, Nora Fatehi, Shashank Arora, Kashmira Irani, Kumud Mishra, Ayesha Raza, Meiyang Chang, Manav Vij, Mushtaq Khan, Brijendra Kala, Ivan Sylvester Rodrigues and Anant Vidhaat Sharma in supporting roles. It also includes Varun Dhawan in a special appearance as young Dhirubhai Ambani. Top Fifteen First Weeks - Bharat Ninth Wednesday 12 June 2019 12.00 IST Box Office India Trade Network Bharat recorded the ninth highest first wee of all time at 161 crore nett . The top first weeks are dominated by the Khans with only four non Khan films in the list of the top fifteen films. Then out of the these 11 Khan films, seven are Salman Khan starrers. It means also half the top fifteen first weeks belong to Salman Khan starrers. There are four films which are above 200 crore nett which is probably the mark to hit for a blockbuster film today. Bharat has a good numbers for seven days but is 20% short of that blockbsuter level. The first seven day numbers are just a little higher than Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and Kick but these films were released in 2015 and 2014 respectively and teh GROSS numbers of Bharat will be lower thn both Prem Rata Dhan payo and Kick. Bahubali - The Conclusion remains the target at almost 250 crore nett but with an average collection of around 35 crore nett per day for the first seven days it remains a distant dream for anyone to match at the moment. The top fifteen opening week of all time are as follows. 1. Bahubali: The Conclusion - 2,46,47,00,000 2. Sultan - 2,08,99,00,000 3. Tiger Zinda Hai - 2,06,04,00,000 4. Sanju - 2,00,16,00,000 5. Dangal - 1,92,38,00,000 6. Bajrangi Bhaijaan - 1,83,52,00,000 7. PK - 1,81,26,00,000 8. Dhoom 3 - 1,73,12,00,000 9. Bharat - 1,61,00,00,000 apprx 10. Prem Ratan Dhan Payo - 1,57,60,00,000 11. Kick - 1,55,31,00,000 12. Simmba - 1,50,26,00,000 13. Padmaavat - 1,42,35,00,000 14. Race 3 - 1,39,97,00,000 15. Chennai Express - 1,39,70,00,000 boxofficeindia.com/report-details.php?articleid=5104

Bharat Overseas And Worldwide Update Wednesday 19 June 2019 12.30 IST Box Office India Trade Network Bharat has clocked up around 290 crore at the box worldwide till date and is probably looking at a finish of 300 crore. It should probably go to a 310 crore finish but it a lot depend on the third Friday in India. The business in India is not huge but still is decent enough. The Overseas numbers are not quite there but that was always a likely scenario with a film called Bharat releasing on Eid. The Pakistani audience which is a big chunk of the Overseas and it becomes even bigger on Eid are never going to come out for a film called Bharat in big numbers and that is what has happened. United Kingdom is going to fall short of £1 million which is poor for Eid. Gulf will cross $4 million which looks good on paper but is not a good number for Eid even though its easily the best number in Gulf this year and will even finish in the same range as blockbusters like Sanju and Padmaavat in Gulf. The overseas numbers are $9.5 million till date but it could fall short of the top overseas grosser of the year Gully Boy which did a little over $10 million. United Kingdom - £850,000 USA / Canada - $2,750,000 Gulf - $3,950,000 Australia - A$825,000 The top four overseas markets have contributed $8.25 million so far. The worldwide figures till date are around 290 crore with India giving 224 crore and Overseas adding 66 crore. boxofficeindia.com/report-details.php?articleid=5126

Bharat Box Office (Worldwide): Salman Khan Starrer Crosses The 300 Crores Mark The film is still going on at lower levels and it will be interesting to see how close it can get to 350 crores mark. By Koimoi.com Team -June 26, 2019 Bharat Box Office (Worldwide): This Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif starrer has done pretty well at the Box Office even though it couldn’t meet the high expectations trade had from it. The film opened to a historic response but due to mixed response from the public, it couldn’t sustain those levels and started dropping pretty rapidly. The film earned 209.36 crores* at the domestic Box Office and has now crossed 300 crore mark at the Worldwide level. Yes, that’s true. The Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif-Ali Abbas Zafar film has scored a total of 325 crores at the worldwide Box Office and it’s not a bad figure at all. The film is still going on at lower levels and it will be interesting to see how close it can get to 350 crores mark. Bharat is the official Hindi remake of Korean film Ode To My Father and covers the journey of a man and a nation together. Jackie Shroff plays the role of Bharat’s father in the film. A special screening of Bharat was hosted for the families who experienced the events of 1947 and the partition recently. It was held via the 1947 Partition Archive organisation. According to a source, the screening featured seven families who had returned to India separately and reunited over a period of time. Salman shared a photograph of himself on Twitter along with a couple of senior citizens aged between 75-80 years-old and their family members. He captioned it: “Special screening of Bharat for the real families who experienced the events of 1947 and the partition. Honoured to meet all of them! Salute to the real ‘Bharat‘ families.” www.koimoi.com/box-office/bharat-box-office-worldwide-salman-khan-starrer-crosses-the-300-crores-mark/
