As far as I remember that question came up some time back in our old forum. Think we never had a definit answer, but what I remember is reading that Yaseen got married SRK bought him a house and then he must have gone to live with his new family... Must have been at least two years back I think!
I still miss him next to SRK

Well I think it is natural. As far as I know Yaseen took a break. Of course Shah Rukh had to hire another bodyguard - and I understand that he didn't fire him only to get Yaseen back. They were brilliant together but I also think, Yaseen might have a bit of a easier job with Ranbir than he had with Shah Rukh 30/7 (I know it's 24/7) job and lots of traveling. It was obvious that Shah Rukh is/was very fond of Yaseen. I miss knowing him on Shah Rukhs side but time moves on and so do people. Just my 2 cents here.

I agree, alexxia. The last I remember hearing was that SRK bought an apartment for Yaseen and his new wife. Then Yaseen went on a pilgrimage to Mecca. (sorry, I forget what that's called...) As you say, of course SRK had to hire another bodyguard. In fact, there's probably an agency that manages all that, assigning people as needed.

yes i understand why he got a new bodyguard, it's natural he did so. but i always thought Yaseen had decided to marry, settle down and spend more time with his family (as he couldn't while being on Shahrukh's side everyday). that's why i'm surprised to see him next to Ranbir! i'm sure Shahrukh could have hired Yaseen to do something less soliciting, like being Gauri and the kids' bodyguard for instance.

and fire all the people who are doing their job now for Gauri and the kids? And who says it wasn't Yaseen decission not to work for them anymore - not out of bad intention but simply because - like I said - Ranbir seems to be easier to work for - especially when it comes ot security matters. Having a family makes that job even more difficult I think. But to be honest I don't understand what the problem is?

I just seriously miss Yaseen - I could see how devoted to SRK he was... Me too - but I can't understand why the decision - whoever it made - is questioned .

I can't believe there's a whole thread dedicated to where Yaseen is and why he's not with SRK. Seriously guys, does SRK have to consult us for every decision he makes? From choosing the director to co-star and now to his bodyguard?

to be very honest, I don't really care if he is working for RK now, or whoever. I do miss him at SRK's side, but for the above mentioned reasons it is fully understandable that he had to change to someone else. What I do care about however is the way the press makes it sound as if the experience he had with SRK is about to be overruled by guarding RK...
